Yes. We assess the market value of your existing vehicle and check the outstanding principal directly with your lender. The difference between our appraisal and the foreclosure amount is netted against the new vehicle's price. We coordinate the foreclosure NOC process and update the RC — you don't manage that separately.
State of Health (SoH) measures remaining usable battery capacity relative to the factory rating. A 94% SoH on a vehicle rated for 400 km means roughly 376 km of range under ideal conditions — and typically 280–310 km in Mumbai's stop-start traffic cycle.
